GEO in 2026: how to be cited by generative AIs
Being visible on Google is good. Being cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview is better. Learn how to optimize your content for AI.

Dominate Google organically with a complete semantic and technical strategy. Generate sustainable, measured, predictable qualified traffic.
SEO is the art and science of placing your site at the heart of Google’s results. Unlike paid advertising, SEO generates sustainable, high-quality organic traffic, with no cost per click.
With 15 years of experience, I master the three pillars of modern SEO: technical optimization (indexation, speed, mobile-first), semantic strategy (search intent, E-E-A-T, content), and domain authority (netlinking, trust signals, brand mentions).

Too many SEO consultants just optimize tags and generate content. But high-performing SEO is, above all, a data science . You need to know every inch of your site.
I start with a simple question: "Where are our untapped opportunities?" To answer, I gather data from your Google Search Console (impressions, clicks, positions), your crawl tools (structure, technical errors, missing content), and your Google Analytics (user behavior, exit pages, conversions).
From there I build a prioritized SEO action plan : quick wins first, longer projects after. Every recommendation is data-justified. No dogma, no one-size-fits-all recipe.
"SEO without data is flying blind."

SEO Consultant, 15 years of experience
A structured 5-step methodology to build sustainable, measurable visibility on search engines.
In-depth research of relevant keywords aligned with your industry. Analysis of user intent (informational, transactional, navigational, commercial), search volume, difficulty, potential. Study of organic competition and content gaps. Creation of a unique semantic map.
Building a content strategy aligned with your audience and Google's expectations. Long-form articles (1,500-3,000 words), complete guides, optimized FAQs. Each piece targets a precise search intent and strengthens your E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness). On-page optimization: H1/H2/H3 tags, meta descriptions, structured data.
Strategic construction of a relevant, high-quality link profile. Prospecting authority sites in your industry, media partnerships, directories, brand mentions. Each link must bring real value (DA, Trust Flow, topical relevance). No low-quality backlinks: Google penalizes artificial profiles.
SEO is never finished. Monthly performance tracking (rankings, traffic, conversions), data-driven adjustments. A/B testing on meta descriptions, titles, content. Adaptation to Google algorithm changes (major updates, core updates). Transparent reporting with GA4, Looker Studio, custom dashboards.
50 % of searches have local intent. Optimize your Google Business Profile, create local pages for each geographic area, generate reviews and citations, activate geolocation.
60 % of users now ask an AI (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview) instead of Google. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) has become essential: being the cited source for generative engines thanks to expert, structured, authoritative content.
Every plan includes a free initial audit with no commitment. Personalized reply within 24h. No hidden fees, simple and transparent billing.

💡 All plans include : free initial audit, prioritized recommendations, unlimited email support, professional tools (Screaming Frog, SEMrush or Ahrefs), transparent reporting.
Start with a free audit →First visible SEO results usually arrive between 3 and 6 months , depending on several factors:
SEA and Meta Ads campaigns deliver immediate results, but SEO is the long-term investment for sustainable, predictable growth.
No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. Anyone who promises this is violating Google’s guidelines and probably using black-hat techniques (spam, link buying, etc.).
What I can guarantee :
SEO is a continuous learning curve. My results speak for themselves: x2 traffic in 3 months for Homebooker, +700 % revenue for Groupe Renaudin.
I work with all types of businesses : from small local craftsmen to international groups. My methodology adapts to your size, budget, and specific goals.
Industry examples:
First step? A free audit to assess your situation.
The cost of SEO depends on your strategy and goals. Here’s how to think about ROI:
Concrete example:
SEO ROI is often 5:1 to 10:1 after 6-12 months , much better than a typical paid campaign.
It’s a false debate: SEO and Google Ads are complementary , not opposites.
Google Ads (SEA) :
SEO :
My recommendation: combine both for 6 months (Google Ads for fast conversions, SEO for sustainable growth), then scale down Ads once SEO is producing results.
Yes, I work with many CMSs beyond WordPress: Odoo, Magento, Drupal, Prestashop, static sites (Hugo, Jekyll). Each platform has its own technical SEO specifics you must know to avoid indexation, canonicalization, or URL-handling pitfalls.
The approach stays the same: deep platform diagnosis, identification of structural SEO problems, root-cause fixes rather than temporary patches.
Indexation of dynamic pages relies on four foundations:
Result: you go from chaotic indexation to 90 %+ of your strategic pages indexed.
SEO = ranking well in Google Search organic results. Ranking on relevant keywords.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) = being cited as a source by generative AIs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews). When a user asks an AI a question, your brand/content is mentioned as a trusted source.
Are they opposites? No. Both share the same foundations: solid E-E-A-T, structured content, third-party sources citing you. A well-executed SEO strategy automatically produces GEO visibility. So in 2026, SEO has become bi-engine: Google rankings + AI citations.
Every result is documented, tracked, and auditable. Here’s what I’ve delivered in SEO.
Doubled organic visibility thanks to a targeted content strategy and industry netlinking.
Homebooker
Substantial increase in qualified traffic through optimization of major pages and expansion of the semantic scope.
PasseTonBillet
Revenue explosion by optimizing SEO on marketplace listings and structuring product data.
Groupe Renaudin
SEO never works in silo. Here’s how it reinforces CRO, Analytics, and SEA.
SEO generates sustainable, free traffic, while Google Ads brings fast conversions. Combining both maximizes visibility and acquisition. SEO data (search intent, CTR) also improves your SEA strategy.
Discover Google Ads →Your GA4 and GTM data enrich your SEO strategy: conversion tracking by keyword, user behavior analysis, identification of pages to optimize. This is the virtuous cycle: data → decisions → results.
Discover Analytics →Driving traffic is one thing. Converting it into customers is better. CRO optimizes your SEO pages to convert more visitors. A higher conversion rate multiplies the impact of your organic traffic.
Discover CRO →An SEO audit starts from a source that comes from the engine, not from an estimator. I have written up what I ask Search Console for, the three things I never ask it for, and the figure pulled from a live account that changed how I read its tables.
Search Console: what I ask it, and what I don't →Search demand comes from somewhere else entirely. I have written up where a keyword volume is actually made, what it goes through before it reaches you, and why the rows of one keyword family must never be added up.
DataForSEO: where the volume comes from →What is left is the ground competitors already hold. I have written up what I ask Semrush for, what I stopped asking after one pull emptied a month's balance, and why an export short on units gets shorter instead of failing.
Semrush: when the balance decides the row count →Then there are the inbound links. I have written up why an authority score slips without a single link being lost, and why seven of the eight lost-link reasons describe a crawl event rather than a removal.
Ahrefs: the score that drops with no link lost →Then there is the site itself. I have written up what I ask a desktop crawler for, why a client-rendered site comes back empty from the first pass, and what I stopped asking it once ranked auditing moved to another crawler.
Screaming Frog: the crawl reads the code, not the page →Then there is the order in which things get fixed. I have written up why a severity label describes a type of finding and never a site, and how one check that fired on 100% of a catalogue turned out to be wrong on every URL.
Sitebulb: the worst finding is not the costliest →Concrete strategies and tips to dominate Google. Follow my publications to stay up to date on SEO trends.
Odoo is a powerful business management tool, but on technical SEO it has specific challenges that few consultants know. This week, I diagnosed a classic case: a B2B player with an Odoo site that looked well-structured on the surface, but where indexation was stuck around 40 % of strategic pages. The causes? Typical of poorly optimized Odoo installations: dynamic URLs without canonicals, badly generated sitemap (including useless parameter pages), missing hreflang tags on language versions, overly restrictive robots.txt blocking crawl of e-commerce sections.
The on-ground work covered four axes. First, URL architecture: switched from parametric URLs to clean semantic URLs, with automatic canonicals on every product and category page. Second, sitemap management: removed parameter pages, segmented by language and content type, reduced noise (50,000+ useless URLs). Third, hreflang tags: correct implementation on all language versions (FR/EN/DE) to avoid cross-language duplicate content. Finally, robots.txt: controlled crawl opening on key sections, reduced wait time between Googlebot requests to accelerate indexation.
Three months after these optimizations, indexation moved to 90 %+ of strategic pages. The impact on B2B traffic followed: better visibility on specialized product queries, reduced wasted crawl budget, and most importantly, the solid SEO foundation for future content acquisition. Odoo will never be WordPress in terms of SEO ease, but with a rigorous technical approach, you can turn it into a visibility machine.
The less common CMSs I work with
Odoo, Drupal, Magento, Prestashop, WordPress multisite, static sites (Hugo, Jekyll). Each platform has its own SEO traps. I don’t just optimize, I understand the architecture to fix at the root.
The Odoo case reinforced my conviction: technical SEO is a decisive lever many underestimate. If you want to control your visibility, here are my resources:
